Peppery radish slices complement garlic and herb cream cheese in this quick snack or appetizer.
- 4 radishes
- 8 slices crusty bread
- 4 oz. garlic and herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- chopped chives, optional
Slice radishes very thinly.
Lightly toast slices of bread. Spread herb cream cheese on the bread slices. Top with radishes.
Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and season with chopped chives, if desired.
