So my email service provider wants to make sure you ACTUALLY asked to be put on my email list.

Go find that confirmation email in your inbox RIGHT NOW, and click on “CONFIRM SUBSCRIPTION.” You might have to hunt for this email in your promotions tab or spam folder.
