
Easy Spinach & Cheese Frittata
Comes together quickly using our own Zesty Onion Seasoning blend. No need to chop onions and garlic! Try different cheese blends to change this up and make it your own!
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Hessey Farmstead Zesty Onion Seasoning*
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 2 oz. sharp white cheddar, shredded, divided
* You can use 6 tsp. minced onion and 2 tsp. minced garlic in place of Hessey Farmstead Zesty Onion Seasoning. Our seasoning blend will be available in spring 2024.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400⁰F. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, Zesty Onion Seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
In a 9-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high, heat olive oil. Add spinach, tossing and stirring often, until wilted.
Add egg mixture and half of cheese; stir to combine. Top with remaining cheese and cook until set around the edges, 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake until edges are golden brown and center is just set, 10 to 12 minutes.
